The System

A body of work, built around your frame.

Assessment, phase, programme, nutrition, weekly review and a record that compounds across months.

§ 01 · Initial Frame Assessment

Your starting point, made clear.

The work begins with a direct reading of your training history, current proportions, performance, constraints and the standard you are building toward. That assessment sets the first direction.

§ 02 · Phase and priorities

The order becomes the plan.

Your assessment becomes a starting Phase, a priority order and a set of conditions for review. The programme begins from that decision.

Starting Phase
Frame Build

Main growth. Width, density and mass in the right places, at a controlled rate.

Current priorities
Width · Density · Waist

Shoulder width first, upper-back density second, waist carry held. Three, in order. Never more.

Review condition
Re-read at WK 12

§ 03–04 · Programme and nutrition

Built for the frame in front of us.

Exercise selection, weekly structure, progression and substitutions are shaped around the assessment. Nutrition targets are set from your objective and working context, then reviewed against your trend.

01 Programme
Week structure

Four days, built around pressing tolerance and pull volume. Nothing decorative.

02 Programme
Intent & progression

Every slot carries an intent and a progression rule. The bar decides the add.

03 Nutrition
A direction you can execute

Targets with a direction, reviewed against bodyweight trend and performance. Values are targets, not claims.

04 Review
Trend context

The week enters the record. The trend, not the day, drives the next call.

§ 05 · The weekly loop

The week leaves a record.

Train Record Check in Coach review Next direction The system pauses. Your coach decides.

Train, and the sessions are logged. Record, and the week enters the system. Check in, and the record is read whole. Then everything stops for one moment: your coach reviews the week and makes the call. The next direction opens from that decision.

§ 06 · Human judgement

Your coach owns the decision.

The panel holds the work. Bear helps you keep useful context between check-ins. Your coach reviews the record, interprets the week and owns changes to the programme and nutrition direction.

01Reads the week.
02Makes the call.

§ 07 · One continuous record

One record. Every phase.

Assessment, programme versions, sessions, check-ins, coach decisions and phase changes stay connected. Each week begins with the context already built.

§ 08 · Between check-ins, Bear

The context you choose to keep, ready when you need it.

Bear builds a working memory from the context you choose to retain. It can help you reflect, connect patterns and prepare better questions between check-ins. Programme and nutrition decisions remain with your coach in MF.

§ 09 · The Builder

Designed in-house. Reviewed weekly.

Gokhan Can, founder of Masculine Frame

Gokhan Can

Founder · Creative Director · System Designer

Masculine Frame was built from fifteen years of natural bodybuilding practice, programme experimentation and the repeated study of what makes a physique read wider, denser and more complete.

Gokhan designed the assessment logic, review workflow, member experience and Bear integration behind MF.

Coaching scope: training, nutrition direction and physique development. Programme and nutrition decisions remain with your assigned coach. Medical concerns are referred out, not coached over.

§ 10 · The horizon

Built across months.

Masculine Frame is designed as a six-to-twelve-month body of work. The first twelve weeks establish the phase, the execution standard and a measurable direction. Visible tissue is built across months.

First 2–4 weeks
The frame is read

Assessment, phase, programme fit, nutrition direction and the recording standard.

Weeks 4–12
The standard holds

Performance progression, execution quality, routine and the first measurable direction.

Months 4–6
Change becomes visible

Meaningful visible change can begin to be evaluated against the starting record.

Months 6–12
The frame is owned

The strongest window for a developed frame and a complete body of work.

These are working expectations, not guaranteed outcomes. Results depend on training age, consistency, recovery, nutrition, starting point and individual response.
