One tap shows you exactly what Bear remembers: your stats, your goals, your patterns, your history. Add to it, edit it, delete any of it, nothing is hidden. Bear starts as an empty notebook. You fill it. The more you log and the more you talk through what you're chasing, the more he knows, and the more he connects, until he sees the patterns you can't.
