Inside MF

See where the work lives.

Access Hub holds the coaching record. Bear Intelligence gives each member a separate personal space for the days between reviews. They work alongside one another, and you decide what crosses between them.

One week

The record builds before the review arrives.

Masculine Frame is a personal online physique development coaching programme for men, operated by Bear in Studio Ltd. It is a physique development programme. Here, frame means the physical structure you build, being shoulder width, torso depth, leg substance and a controlled waist. It is not mindset, confidence or relationship coaching. Members work in two connected places, and this page is what they are.

  1. Monday Programme Open Access Hub and see the current session, targets and instructions.
  2. Through the week Train & log Record the work as it happens. Previous performance stays attached to the next session.
  3. Between sessions Ask & remember Log nutrition, sleep and bodyweight in Bear Intelligence. Add workout reflections, questions and other context you choose to keep.
  4. Sunday Check in Review and edit Bear’s prepared report, then carry it into the Sunday Check-In with photographs, measurements and the training record. You decide which additional conversational context crosses.
  5. After review Next direction Your coach records what was observed, what was decided, the next seven days and what to watch.
Sunday · the Check-In the review is written from.

The member carries context. The coach carries the decision.

A missed Check-In, a skipped session, illness or travel does not break the record. You log what actually happened and submit the Check-In as it stands, and your coach works from the real week rather than an ideal one.

Access Hub

01

The coaching record.

Access Hub is where the programme, logged work, Sunday Check-In, coach review and direct communication stay connected. It gives each decision a history, so the next week begins with the work that came before it.

Sunday review

The week comes back as a decision.

Your coach reviews the Check-In and writes the next direction. The response stays beside the photographs, measurements, training record and programme version that produced it.

Every review is written by your coach, not generated. They read the whole submission and return the written decision within two days of your Check-In.

Bear Intelligence.

Bear Intelligence System is the AI system developed by Bear in Studio Ltd. Inside MF, the member speaks with its character, Bear. It holds the context the member chooses, helps organise onboarding and Check-Ins, answers questions and supports accountability between coach reviews.

Bear can organise, explain, calculate, reflect and prepare. Your coach owns the programme, phase, nutrition direction and weekly adjustments.

CoachBear memory

Your coach may add a durable target or coaching fact through a one-way channel. It gives no view of your conversation.

Access Hub can hand you into Bear and sign you in automatically. You may also open intelligence.bearinstudio.com directly.

Privacy in plain words

Coaching stays in Access Hub. Bear is your separate personal working space.

Your coach does not routinely read Bear conversations as part of coaching. They read the material you submit through Access Hub and the messages you send there. Limited access by authorised technical staff may occur only when reasonably necessary to investigate a technical, security or service issue.

You control what goes into your Check-In. Bear’s separate privacy terms explain storage, model processing, access and deletion in full.

When your membership begins, your Access Hub and Bear accounts are both created for you. Onboarding runs in Bear, your baseline Check-In is submitted in Access Hub, and your first programme follows within one to two working days of onboarding being complete.

You can ask for deletion at any time. Everything in Access Hub and Bear is permanently erased within 14 days, apart from the billing and accounting records HMRC requires to be kept for six years. Full detail is in the Privacy Policy and the Bear Intelligence Privacy Policy.

Common questions

Straight answers before you apply.

What apps do Masculine Frame members use?

Two. Access Hub holds the programme, workout logger, Sunday Check-In, coach review, text and voice messages and billing. Bear Intelligence is the member’s separate personal space for daily nutrition, sleep and decision logging between reviews. Both are included in the £199 monthly membership.

What is included in Masculine Frame membership?

The initial assessment, an individual training programme, nutrition direction, Access Hub with workout logging and history, the Sunday Check-In, weekly human coach review, text and voice messaging, and Bear Intelligence. There is no joining fee, no tiers, no add-ons and no minimum term.

What is the Sunday Check-In?

A weekly submission through Access Hub containing front, side and rear photographs, measurements, the week’s training record and context. Your coach reads it and writes the next direction, which stays beside the photographs, measurements and programme version that produced it.

Why are Access Hub and Bear separate?

Access Hub is the coaching record and Bear is the member’s own working space, so they keep separate records and separate accounts. You decide what crosses between them. Access Hub can sign you into Bear, or you can open Bear directly.

Where is my data stored and can I delete it?

Storage, retention and deletion are set out in the Masculine Frame Privacy Policy and the Bear Intelligence Privacy Policy. You can ask for deletion at any time, and everything in Access Hub and Bear is permanently erased within 14 days, apart from billing and accounting records HMRC requires to be kept for six years.

Can I see my training history over time?

Yes. Access Hub keeps each logged session attached to the work that came before it, so previous performance appears against the next session. Check-Ins, coach reviews and the programme version behind each decision stay connected in the same record.
