The industry automated the coach.

MF handed the intelligence to you.

Bear works with the member, not in place of the coach.

In the system. Separate from it.

Bear is not a general assistant with a fitness prompt in front of it. It is built around one member’s record: your coach-set targets, your logs and your decisions, prepared into the weekly report in the format your coach reads, and kept inside coaching and education. A general assistant holds none of that record and has no connection to your coach or your programme.

§ 01The First Conversation

Start with the context that matters.

Bear Intelligence System is the AI system built by Bear in Studio Ltd and included with Masculine Frame membership. Masculine Frame is a personal online physique development coaching programme, and Access Hub is its coaching application: the place that holds your training programme, your workout log, the Sunday Check-In and your coach’s written review.

Bear covers the days between those reviews. You keep training, nutrition, sleep, bodyweight, targets and decisions in plain conversation, Bear holds that context, and Bear prepares a Check-In report that you review and choose what to submit.

Bear guides you through your training history, injuries, equipment, schedule, eating pattern and the physique you want to build, then organises the conversation into a report. You review it and choose what to submit through Access Hub with your baseline photographs.

Bear prepares the context. Your coach assesses the frame and writes the programme.

The first conversation is with Bear. Your coach makes the first decision.

§ 02Between Check-Ins

Keep the day from disappearing.

The details that shape the week rarely arrive together. Bear gives the member one place to keep them in plain conversation.

Nutrition.

Log food by text, quantities or a photograph. Bear can estimate calories and macros, show what remains against the coach-set target and help the member think through the next meal. Photograph estimates remain estimates.

Training.

Paste the completed workout summary from Access Hub. Bear can reflect on the record, explain the session and keep useful context for the week.

Sleep & bodyweight.

Record sleep, bodyweight and other relevant observations. Bear can organise trends and questions without diagnosing a condition.

Questions.

Ask about training concepts, general nutrition, routines, shopping, cooking or the practical problem in front of you. Clinical and medical decisions remain outside Bear’s role.

Accountability.

Bear remembers the targets and decisions the member chooses to keep. It can ask for the missing detail, return to an unfinished commitment and keep the next useful action visible.

Bear
Logged. Today: 158g protein · 300g carbs · 75g fat · 2,510 kcal. You’re 22g protein short with the day nearly done, a shake closes it. Solid weekday. It’s the weekends that undo you: 118g, like clockwork, two days your lats and delts get nothing to grow on. Eating less Saturday to Sunday, or just not logging?
08.06.2026 · 12:28

It won’t just count your macros, it will tell you when the way you hit them is costing your frame.

grabbed a protein bar, crisps and a coke on the move, hit protein though.
08.06.2026 · 12:30
Bear
Counted: 28g protein, but 70g sugar and ~1,100 kcal of mostly junk to get it. You hit the number; the way you hit it works against you. The spike and the crash after is when your focus drops and the next session suffers. 95g protein left today, get it from real food. Keep this for Sunday’s Check-In so the pattern is on the record.
08.06.2026 · 12:32
logged today’s session. weights felt heavy, couldn’t hit my usual numbers. is the programme too much?
08.06.2026 · 12:34
Bear
The programme isn’t too much, your recovery is too little, and the data says it plainly. Four nights under six hours this week. Your weekend protein fell to 118 again, calories with it. You walked in under-slept and under-fed, then blamed the programme when the bar felt heavy. The plan’s fine. Your inputs aren’t. Log this pattern in Sunday’s Check-In, what changes in the programme is your coach’s call. So tell me: the short nights, the stress, or your phone?
08.06.2026 · 12:36

Train hard, sleep short, and the log tells the story before you do.

logged sleep, 5h05m. couldn’t switch my head off.
08.06.2026 · 12:38
Bear
Fifth night under six. And I can see what it costs: your two weakest sessions this week landed the mornings after your two worst nights. The heavy bar wasn’t the programme, it was this. We fix the cause, not the symptom, and this one goes to your coach with the numbers attached. What’s keeping the lights on, the phone, or a head that won’t stop?
08.06.2026 · 12:40

Food, training, sleep and the targets underneath them, all in one place that remembers.

§ 03Memory

The conversation does not have to start from zero.

Bear builds a working memory from the context the member chooses to keep. Training patterns, routines, preferences, past decisions and current targets stay available across conversations.

Bear has its own voice: direct, observant and willing to challenge a weak explanation.

The member can review, correct and delete retained context in Bear.

what do you actually know about me at this point?
08.06.2026 · 12:42
Bear
Enough to be useful, and you can edit any of it. The basics: you’re Paul, 182cm, 84kg, around 15% body fat, eleven weeks into Frame Build. You train for width because that’s where you’re weakest, lateral delts and lat spread, and you’re natural, so we play the long game. But the patterns tell me more than the stats. Your protein holds Monday to Friday and breaks every weekend. Your sleep drops the weeks work runs late, and your two flattest sessions this block landed the mornings after your two worst nights. You told me all of this over eleven weeks. I just remember it and join the dots. Anything I’m missing, or got wrong?
08.06.2026 · 12:44

Nothing is locked. You add, you correct, you delete, and it sharpens.

add this, I recover better when training and sleep stay on the same schedule all week.
08.06.2026 · 12:46
Bear
Logged, and it fits everything I’ve seen. Your strongest weeks are your most regular ones; your weakest are the ones the routine slips. So I’ll watch weekend timing as closely as weekday, and flag it early when it drifts. That’s how this works: the more you tell me, the sharper I get. What else do you know about how you train best?
08.06.2026 · 12:48
§ 04Sunday

Bring the week back in order.

Bear can gather the logs, workout reflections, sleep, nutrition and patterns the member kept during the week, then prepare a structured Check-In report. The member reviews it, edits it and chooses what to paste into Access Hub.

The report informs the review. Your coach decides what changes.

check-in’s tomorrow. what should I be putting in front of my coach?
08.06.2026 · 12:50
Bear
Here’s the week, ready to submit. Training: four of four sessions logged, delt volume up a set, pressing flat two weeks running. Sleep: four nights under six, worst Tue and Thu. Nutrition: weekday protein on target, weekend down to 118 again. Photos: due, front and back, same light as last week. The one thing to flag: the flat pressing lines up with the short nights, not the programme. Put that in your own words so your coach has the pattern, not just the numbers.
08.06.2026 · 12:52

You bring the record. Your coach brings the decision.

done, submitted. anything I should expect back?
08.06.2026 · 12:54
Bear
You gave a clean record, so expect a clear call. My read, not the decision: recovery is the limiter right now, not volume, so don’t be surprised if the pressing load holds while the weekend gets addressed first. What changes in the programme is your coach’s to make. Your job this week was honest logging, and you did it.
08.06.2026 · 12:56

Your week reaches your coach already written. You choose what goes in it.

§ 05Member Controlled

Nothing crosses automatically.

Access HubMemberBear

The member copies a completed workout summary into Bear.

BearMemberAccess Hub

The member reviews Bear’s report and chooses what enters the Check-In.

CoachBear memory

A durable target or coaching fact may be added through a one-way channel. The channel does not expose the member’s conversations to the coach.

Privacy & access

A personal space, with plain limits.

Coaching
Bear conversations do not appear in the Access Hub coaching record, and your coach does not routinely read them as part of coaching. They see the report the member chooses to submit and the messages sent directly through Access Hub.
Technical access
Limited access by authorised technical staff may occur only when reasonably necessary to investigate a technical, security or service issue. It is not routine coaching oversight.
Accounts
Bear and Access Hub are separate accounts. Your Bear account is created for you when your membership begins, with no separate registration, and Access Hub can hand you into Bear automatically. Bear may also be opened directly at intelligence.bearinstudio.com.
Policies
Storage, model processing, access, retention and deletion are governed by the Bear Intelligence Privacy Policy and Bear Intelligence Agreement.

If your membership ends you can ask for deletion, and everything in Access Hub and Bear is permanently erased within 14 days, apart from the billing and accounting records HMRC requires to be kept for six years. Retention and deletion are set out in full in the Bear Intelligence Privacy Policy and the Bear Intelligence Agreement.

Common questions

Straight answers before you apply.

What is Bear Intelligence?

Bear Intelligence System is the AI system developed by Bear in Studio Ltd, and inside a conversation its character is Bear. Members use it to log nutrition, sleep and bodyweight, keep targets and decisions, ask questions and prepare the weekly Check-In. It is included in the £199 monthly membership.

Is Bear an AI coach?

No. Bear prepares context and organises what you log. Your coach owns the programme, phase, nutrition direction and every weekly decision. Bear does not choose training, does not set phases and does not replace the coach, and it does not diagnose, treat or give clinical advice.

Can my coach read my Bear conversations?

A coach does not routinely read them as part of coaching. They read the report you choose to submit through Access Hub and the messages you send there. Authorised staff may look only where reasonably necessary to investigate a technical, security or service issue.

Do I have to use Bear Intelligence?

For three workflows, yes: guided onboarding, logging nutrition, sleep and bodyweight, and preparing the weekly Check-In. Bear’s wider conversation and memory features are optional. Training stays in Access Hub, and coaching decisions stay with your coach.

Does information move automatically between Bear and Access Hub?

No. Nothing crosses on its own. You copy your workout summary into Bear if you want it there, and you review, edit and choose what from Bear’s prepared report enters your Sunday Check-In. A coach may add a durable target through a one-way channel that gives no view of your conversations.

Can I buy Bear Intelligence separately?

No. Bear Intelligence is available to active Masculine Frame members and is included in the £199 monthly membership. It is not sold separately on this site. Members open it from Access Hub or directly at intelligence.bearinstudio.com.

Can I review, correct or delete what Bear remembers?

Bear builds a working memory from the context you choose to keep, and you can review, correct and delete retained context in Bear. Storage, model processing, access, retention and deletion are governed by the Bear Intelligence Privacy Policy and the Bear Intelligence Agreement.
